Sara Berola (b. 1986, San Pedro, Buenos Aires, Argentina)

In 2012, she graduated in Product Design in Rome. Her work focuses on exploring the use of fibers, textiles, and threads, preferably second-hand, from old productions or discarded materials.

Her exploration begins with the material itself, engaging with its history, memory, and connection to the past. The methodology and construction process follow an almost automatic rhythm—seemingly mechanical yet profoundly human—where meaning is built through both collective and individual experiences and sensibilities.

Her work unfolds in two interconnected realms: contemporary art and the creation of unique pieces, such as jewelry.
